who i am
i'm a maker and curator. i create with my hands: embroidery, design, whatever medium works. i gather things that interest me: ideas, images, strange objects. i like finding connections between disparate things.
why i do this
the world is heavy. making and collecting are how i resist that by building small pockets of beauty and noticing what matters. both my studio work and my cabinet come from the same impulse to pay attention and make something worth looking at.
